The corporation has no public interface. It is a public sector consultancy organisation and as such assist Government as and when required in providing specialised services especially in the field of I.T. and I.T. related services.

Board of Directors

• Until otherwise determined by the company in general meeting, the number of Directors of the company shall not be less than three or more than fifteen.
• Subject to the provisions of section-255 & 256 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh shall be entitled to appoint not more than one-third of the total number of Directors of the company and shall be at liberty at any time and from time to time to substitute all or any of the persons so appointed with any person or persons as the Governor may think fit.

A Kendriya Karyakarani Samiti chaired by the Managing Director of the corporation comprising Divisional Heads of the corporation is in place to assist decision making process in technical and other matters.

Purchase Committee

A purchase committee chaired by the Senior Manager (System) of the corporation and comprising following members is in existence to recommend purchases upto a value of Rs. 20,000/-.

The corporation has no agency working under it and no disbursement are being made by it. The corporation however receives grant in aid of Rs. 1.00 Crore in lieu of the services being provided by it.

The corporation is a commercial organisation and does not give any concession/permits etc. in the conduct of its business. It has however appointed franchisees in various cities/ towns of UP to impart computer training to students on royalty basis.
