CSC 3.0 scheme (effective from 16 Nov 2020) RFP has been prepared and with due approval from apex level i.e. approved from U.P. Government Cabinet.
On the basis of information share by DeGS two DSP have been finalised with the consent of respective DeGS in presence of DSP firm’s authorised representative and same has been intimated to all Districts through G.O. Order No.- 19/2020/1085/78-2-2020-34IT/2010, dated 22-10-2020.
In this connection MSA has been signed between DeGS and two selected firms separately at district level.
This CSC scheme is working on prepaid wallet management. The prepaid wallet of concerned DSP is managed on e-District Portal while prepaid wallet of concerned VLE is managed on DSP portals.
The e-District portal and DSP portal are integrated with each other.
Some of the integrated services also delivered through established Common Service Centres with quota allotment system through which VLE can alot quota with deposition of required amount against the service delivered to citizens.
Till date, more than 1.74 Lakhs CSC centres are established, out of which more than 1.20 Lakhs are operational through which 271 G2C Services of 38 departments are available to citizens.
